Treatment Data: Quick Response Team (QRT)

What is QRT? The QRT is comprised of local treatment providers, law enforcement organizations and peer recorvery supporters. The QRT team provides confidential help for opioid overdose surivors by connecting them to treatment & recovery support services. Within 72 hours of an overdose report, QRT will visit with survivor and/or family and friends, providing local treatment and recovery resources to the survivor and/or family/friends. Team members will also encourage the survivor to seek treatment and will immediately connect them with a treatment provider if they elect to engage in services. QRT will also provide follow-up and ongoing support to the survivor throughout treatment and recovery.
